Hues of Diversity Mural

To show our support for #OurLondonFamily, our intolerance for Islamophobia and racism, as well as our aspirations to encourage the vibrancy and inclusivity in London, ON, CF partnered with local visual artist, Jea Chams, to design a community mural at CF Masonville Place as a symbol of hope, peace and unity.

The mural, entitled Hues of Diversity, commemorates a tragic loss that occurred on June 6th, 2021. It is a sympathetic piece designed to encourage feelings of peace, love and acceptance in the London community. Each unique element brings forth a harmonious sentiment of inclusion and respect for diversity in all members of society, regardless of race, religion or gender.

CF Masonville Place is an inclusive destination that celebrates the diversity of its local community through unique and engaging in-property experiences. By making world-class displays like this one available to visitors, CF is consciously contributing to creating a stimulating environment and a vibrant community.

As part of this project, CF Masonville Place and Jea Chams worked closely with the London Muslim Mosque, this will open in a new tab to create the mural. CF Masonville Place is proud to donate $10,000 to the London Muslim Mosque as part of this project.

The mural will be on display at the centre until August 31, 2021.
