CF’s Tom Knoepfel and Lillian Tummonds Named Two of British Columbia’s Most Influential Business Leaders

BC500 has named 500 business leaders who have made a notable impact on B.C.’s communities, industries and economy. The special designation recognizes visionaries, innovators and trailblazers that embody the values of modern leadership: engagement, trust, corporate citizenship, inclusion and innovation.

We’re proud to share that Tom Knoepfel, Senior Vice President, Retail, and Lillian Tummonds, Vice President, Office Operations, are named as two of the most influential business leaders in the Retail category. This category recognizes retail executives who lead retail businesses and locations, and influence life and business in British Columbia.

TOM KNOEPFEL Senior Vice President, Retail

Tom Knoepfel joined Cadillac Fairview in 2001 and has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry with extensive leasing and property management expertise. He was appointed as senior vice-president of retail in January 2021 after serving 10 years as senior vice-president and portfolio manager, Western Canada. Today, Tom is responsible for operations of CF’s 18 million sq. ft. Canadian retail portfolio.

LILLIAN TUMMONDS Vice President, Office Operations

Lillian Tummonds has overall responsibility for more than 5.5 million square feet of space in Vancouver and Calgary. She has been in property management for over 25 years – with over 20 of those years at Cadillac Fairview. She is currently Chair of the Building Owners and Managers Association of British Columbia and a board director with the Museum of Vancouver.
