November

Beginning of the fiscal year

Individual objective setting are cascaded from Corporate Objectives through department and property.

December

Profit sharing paid (where applicable)

Employees receive a percentage of base pay on an annual basis providing company financial targets are achieved and the employees’ performance is at a satisfactory level.

January

Short Term Incentive Plan (STIP) Paid (where applicable)

Employees receive a target percentage of base pay on an annual basis. Target percentages vary by job grade and may be paid below or above target, depending upon company, portfolio, property and department results.

Tax Forms

Tax Forms are issued through Ultipro

March

Annual Salary Review

An annual review of salaries is conducted following completion of the annual performance appraisals. Reflected on 1st pay in March of each year.
