So now that you have read through a bit of our history and current state you must be filled with excitement and eager to start.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here are some resources to look for when you arrive at work:
  • 1. An Onboarding Plan

    Is a detailed schedule of key meetings, tours and introductions to key stakeholders who will help you get to know the business, our One CF culture and get you up to speed in your role quickly.

  • 2. CF Mosaic

    Is our company intranet. Key information regarding company policies, benefits, news, our CEO’s blog, the details about the Building Excellence recognition program, performance management, internal job postings, company directory, organizational charts and so much more can be found there.

  • 3. CF Learning Hub

    Is our virtual one stop shop for learning at CF. Features include: Courses, @CF Videos, LinkedIn Learning, Career Resources, CF Toolkits , Learning on the Web and Business Book Summaries library.

  • 4. Employee Onboarding Event

    A quarterly event that provides new employees with the opportunity to network with other new employees and meet key stakeholders who will provide a company overview as well as an introduction to CF’s Purpose.

  • 5. Objective Setting

    By the end of your first month of employment you will sit with your leader to come up with your individual objectives. These objectives will be aligned with your team, department and the company objectives for the year.

  • 6. Time with Your Manager

    Schedule regular meetings with your leader to discuss what’s going well, what challenges you may be facing and discuss possible solutions for future.
