Cadillac Fairview, in conjunction with the Ottawa Police Service, has launched a Neighbourhood Operations Center (NOC) in CF RIdeau Centre. 

This 3000-square foot storefront is part of the Police Service’s Community Outreach Response and Enforcement Strategy (CORE), which is focused on reducing crime in specific areas of Ottawa through a root-cause targeted approach. The NOC will serve as a meeting point and collaborative space for Police services, front-line partners and community members.
