Our ESG governance integrates oversight from the Board of Directors down to property-level Green Teams. The Board aligns ESG with broader goals, while the Audit Committee ensures reporting integrity. The CEO reports to both CF and Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan Boards, guiding strategy. Executives incorporate ESG into departmental policies. Dedicated teams focus on specific ESG areas, overseen by the Sustainability Team for alignment. Property-level Green Teams implement and report on sustainability initiatives, ensuring ESG principles are embedded across CF's operations, reflecting a commitment to sustainability at every level.
